Atlantis is a campaign setting that has been taking shape for a while. Rather than focus on 10,000 B.C., I thought to shift it to 600 B.C. Atlantis 600 B.C. is a serious campaign setting with serious implications. As Atlantis 10,000 B.C. is a campaign setting set far in the past that is covered by other Roleplaying Game supplements, such as
GURPS Atlantis. Atlantis 600 B.C. is set 2,000 years ago.
So a serious campaign setting needs a serious Roleplaying Game system to back it up. Rolemaster is my system of choice. The game system is deadly and serious enough to provide a more realistic character generation and combat in the game.
I'll have more as this develops.
